Candidate PackWe are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational teacher of German and/or French to teach across Y7- Y11. Ideally, you will be able to teach both German and French across the compulsory-age curriculum and be able to teach either French and German at A Level. Candidate PackWe are looking to appoint an experienced candidate to support within the Design and Technology Department. The main role of the candidate is to prepare the materials needed for the Construction, Engineering and Product Design lessons. The successful candidate will be required to use a range of tools – both hand and machinery – with a range of materials, to prepare resources so the students have access to what they need to achieve.
First and foremost, the successful candidate will show a genuine understanding and passion for working with and respecting the needs of children and young people in a secondary school environment.
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience of working in a busy secondary school, combined with meticulous organisation, excellent interpersonal skills, and very strong written and verbal communication. Applicants with experience of working in a similar role are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous experience of working in a school environment is desirable, but is not essential.
