In Year 9, students will study a balanced curriculum which will set them up for success in their GCSEs. The curriculum offered allows students to make some decisions about what they wish to study and allows them some autonomy looking towards their future ambitions. 

In Year 9, all students follow the compulsory curriculum of: 

• English
• Welsh
• Maths
• Science
• Ethics and Philosophy 
• Physical Education
